He was the only person out of around 5 other "emergency" plumbers who we called who even bothered to answer the phone, let alone show up. He arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a burst cold pipe just above the mains stop tap. He is our knight in shining armour. Today we had a call from him to tell us he had miscalculated the VAT and overcharged us by £15 and insisted on refunding us the difference. He is a very polite and efficient man.
